You don’t need to be nearby to benefit from BCST. Heather offers telehealth sessions that allow you to receive gentle, supportive care from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Remote sessions can be especially helpful for clients who live far away, have limited mobility, are recovering from illness or injury, or simply prefer receiving support in a familiar environment.

Just like an in-person session, telehealth BCST focuses on supporting the nervous system, releasing patterns of tension and restriction, and helping the body move toward greater balance and ease.

How it works

  • Begin with a phone or video call to share your goals, concerns, and intentions for the session.
  • Find a comfortable, quiet space where you can rest without interruptions.
  • While you relax, Heather connects with the subtle rhythms of your system to help support regulation, release restrictions, and restore balance.
  • You remain in real-time conversation throughout the session, just as you would during an in-person appointment.
  • Many clients report feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and supported during and after remote sessions.

A client’s experience:

We live in northern Wisconsin and Heather works in Mt. Prospect. My husband and I could both feel the changes in our bodies—just like we were in her office!

Heather first discovered the power of remote BCST while helping a student over the phone years ago. She noticed her ability to sense restrictions even at a distance, and the student felt the same relief as if she had been on the table. Since then, Heather has refined her telehealth practice and now supports clients in multiple states.
